The magic potion''s secret is closely guarded by Asterix and his fellow Gauls as they resist the Roman invader. The potion, brewed by the druid Ogamaix, gives those who drink it superhuman strength, and is coveted by the local Roman Centurion. The Centurion has a cunning plan to get his hands on the potion, but is he clever enough to outwit Asterix?
