Amanda Smith is a gorgeous career-woman who wants her daughters to follow in her super-model footsteps,but when she hires four professional photographers to take pictures of her youngest, Carol Anne,to send to top modeling agencies,the photographers end up being con-men who kidnap their daughter,and hold her for ransom, seeing how rich the Smith family is,but the kidnappers have bitten off more than they can chew and end up having to chase Carol Anne around the city,in a hilarious adventure through the streets of New York,before Miss Kristin Moore comes to Carol Anne's rescue and takes the little tyke in,after she gets lost on the subway.
