Take a journey to the beautiful panhandle of Florida and meet Captain Matthew Farrell aboard his vessel the Reef Runner as he builds artificial reefs in the Gulf of Mexico. Not an easy task for the Captain who must content with drunk deckhands, competitive and manipulative charter Captains, and the Coast Gaurd!
