between here & there

"Between Here and There" is Verdi's second-and-a-halfth collection of poetry. This book is about the center of the venn-diagram between hardship and healing: it is an exploration of questions, especially if and how we can begin to move forward. In one journey, Verdi intimates that sometimes it is the things that break us that show us how to find wholeness. Upheaval, love, grief, and being grounded can be experienced all at once, and it is the harmony and conflict between these pieces of our lives and ourselves that bring us from here to there.
