Beyond Diversity

Beyond Diversity is a book about how to create a more inclusive world. Rather than taking a memoir style approach, this book was inspired by the groundbreaking Beyond Diversity Summit that featured more than 200 speakers participating in over 50 panels on topics as wide ranging as diverse film casting, neurodiverse workplaces and how entrepreneurs of color can get funding. These sessions were condensed into 12 powerful themes that are all featured in this book along with very prescriptive suggestions for what we all can do to create a world where there is more equality for everyone.
