Black Inventors Poetry in Motion, is Renee's first poetry book, with many more to come. This book demonstrates Renee's ability to create poetry in a meaningful way. Renee started writing poetry as a child, with her mother and great aunt as role models. With Renee's vast knowledge of vocabulary, she makes rhyming seem effortless as demonstrated in this book of fifty black Inventors. Renee chose to put her skills to work in creating a historical poetry book to teach the world of the talent and creativity of African-Americans..As a teacher, she believes this content will inspire, motivate and educate black people in building their self-esteem and confidence.
