Bled for Days Dead for Months are a collection of poetic narratives built in the complex and painful experiences of domestic violence. It's in this prose that these harrowing experiences impact the multifaceted sides of an individual. Raw, unflinching, tender: abuse knows no boundaries. This is an exploration toward healing and forgiveness. Recollecting the abuse is not only painful, but cathartic. My hope is that processing my story can do for you what it did for me: create a safe haven to search for a peace that surpasses understanding.
