In this new volume, Terry uses significant rhyme to dramatic effect and expands upon the lyrical framework established in Brown Skin and the Bread of Life.Terry''s literary work is significantly impacted by his family, education, and leadership in Christian arts ministry. In addition to being a husband and a father, he is also a visual artist and a jazz aficionado. These creative attributes are consistently reflected in his poems and poetic stories. Terry is a professional non-profit manager who plans to write a third Brown Skin volume to conclude this poetic series. He lives on the Bay State''s South Shore with his wife Terésa, an ordained pastor and liturgical dancer, and his daughter Maya, currently a college sophomore theater major.
