With more people working along side you, it should make the job, work, production or project easier, right? We would like to think that the saying, 'more hands mean light work' would be easily fulfilled by just adding more people. More people doesn't guarantee success with any organization, business, ministry or committee. The idea of having a large number of the wrong people in various positions in your organization doesn't sound good either.
