Butterflies in Tima's Tummy

Tima is excited about starting school. Her excitement however wanes from her first day in school. Some butterflies always start flying in her tummy whenever her class teacher asks her questions, when she wants to make a new friend, and whenever she wants to play with her classmates during recess. How does Tima get the butterflies to stop flying in her tummy?
