A nice simple and easy to understand text to make meals with grill or cast iron pots spectacular and exquisite! It contains many healthy and easy-to-make recipes, to follow a tasty diet, with rich foods that preserve our health and have benefits for our body. The recipes are written in a detailed, simple and complete way, so that they can be carried out step by step without problems. They also represent a kind of anchor when I don't know what to cook.
Found this and it is full of easy, yummy recipes. Handy that I could download it to my computer and look at the recipes while cooking! Highly recommend it, there are some really great healthy options!
I love this book and was in no way disappointed. I really like eating avocados because the taste is simply unique and the avocado itself is also very healthy. Whether prepared in sushi or dips, it can be used in many ways, which this book shows very well. From smoothies to delicious dishes, salads and sauces/dips, everything is represented and one tastes better than the other. A highly recommended book for all avocado lovers.
