About CATHOLICism & ME, like OIL & WATER
This book contains two parts: Part 1 states the doctrinal claims of the Roman Catholic Church from her own authorized records. These claims are compared to scripture and history of the early church as a test for accuracy. Part 2 examines the image of Revelation 17 & 18, the woman, seated on the awful beast. Her remarkable, doubtless identification as well as her stunning role in history provides vital insight into the future. She is presented in scripture as a most major and prophetic character. To ignore this woman's role is equivalent to ignoring God's warning. Hopefully, Catholics will have the courage to carefully examine the evidence presented. Born in 1941, Rich, a well rooted Christian early in life, had an interest but limited knowledge of Catholicism through conversations with Catholic relatives and friends. Having received a college scholarship in music subsequently became a professional musician "on the road" for several years. Upon returning home to New Jersey he met the love of his life and married in 1966. He then was able to establish an accounting practice lasting about 18 years. He unexpectedly entered the residential home building business lasting about 21 years. In the meantime he served his church as youth pastor and elder as well as conducting studies of religious cults and Catholicism before moving to Indiana. There, he became active in his church and served in the church praise band. Throughout many decades one of his great passions has been the study of Catholicism. This book is the product of those studies.
