Children's Folklore Stories

Owing to the obvious loss of grip on our traditional ways of life and values by our sons and daughters born and raised in foreign lands, away from their ancestral roots, Children's Folklore Stories: Coloring Tales of Lifetime comes into focus. It is an offshoot of our Traditional Worldview geared towards exposing some aspects of our cultures and traditions with reference to folklores and the moral lessons embedded therein. It is a repertoire of lifelong teachings using our traditional folklore stories. It aims at reconnecting our sons and daughters who were born, raised and who live in the diaspora, far away from their ancestral home to the traditional roots through the selected tales of lifetime. It is enriched with many traditional adages, proverbs, and some witty sayings for our children to learn from. The tales of the animal kingdom were highly personified, vividly described and simply worded to make for easy reading and comprehension. Thus, readers are expected to come up with some moral lessons derived from each story.
