Choices and Decisions on a Spiritual Journey

This book explores choice and decision-making on a spiritual journey. What are they? How are they? What is their difference? It discusses how they are shaped and how they may shape and influence your life. Choices and decisions may be affected by indecision, expectations, and emotions such as fear and anxiety. You constantly have to make a choice or decision from the moment you open your eyes in the morning to the time you close them at night. Your day is full of choices and decisions between rising in the morning and bedtime. Some are minor, and some may be major. However, understanding choices and decisions may make a difference in a positive outcome on a spiritual journey. Wisdom and discernment may infuse choices and decisions with clarity. The review of your Spiritual Heart Center and the Heart-Centered Meditation and its practice are included. This is not exclusive to any one group or religion.
