Come to the Father

A nine-week prayer journal and Bible study. Every good relationship requires open and consistent communication and our relationship with God is no different. Regularly combining Scripture along with our prayers, brings us back to the original purpose for which we were created-continual fellowship with our Heavenly Father. We talk to God through prayer, and He speaks to us through the Bible. Over the course of nine weeks, we will draw near to God through these holy means of conversation. Jesus is our example in all things, so we'll apply His teachings on prayer to our own lives and experience overwhelming blessings of peace, hope, joy, faith, and love. We will learn to pray daily with Scripture as our guide-approaching God in both spirit and truth. My hope is that we grow more confident and comfortable in talking to God on a consistent basis. These intimate conversations give us a glimpse of Heaven's glories, and that's something we don't want to miss out on. Let's embark on this wonderful journey of growing closer to the Lord, one precious encounter at a time.
