    One of the aims of this book as I noticed while reading the last pages of the book is to get people to come out of their shells and be bold. When applied correctly, boldness can take you to the top of your circle. I really learned a couple of things from the author and I will try to apply them one at a time.

    This book was amazing and changed my life. I would recommend it to anyone. I have already recommended it to family because of the impact it had on me. It really sparked my curiosity and so now I have ordered 4 more books all on social psych and body language. As an introvert and someone who was never taught how to communicate I have lived a life of loneliness. Now I understand that I can easily learn the skills needed to develop strong relationships in business and my personal life. Thank you Ian.
