  I'm really impressed with how many topics this book covers on Communications skills. It includes useful summaries at the end of chapters as well as charts and diagrams. I really liked the sections on the traits of good communicators and common mistakes in communication.

  I came across this book when searching for literature on getting the most out of ordinary conversations. This is a thorough and practical book on a topic that has been given remarkably little attention. It is easy to read and has given me plenty of material to work on to become more communicative.

  Communication skills are very important in society. Not all of us have the natural ability to communicate effectively. This book is such a helpful tool to teach me what I need to know to be able to communicate my thoughts in a well thought-out and organized manner for any situation.
