Let me tell you how Core Clear: Spiritual Clearing Basics evolved and why it was created. Not too long ago, a client called the author Jane Hawk-a shamanic practitioner and energy healer-because she was in a real bind. They'd been working together, doing energy healing or spiritual clearing work of various kinds, for a relatively short time. Before that, the woman had worked with another healer long-term. The woman had felt trapped by the spiritual advisor she'd known for years, who was previously handling all of her spiritual clearings. This new client's terrified Inner Child was afraid to let go of this woman, even though the woman was draining my client financially and energetically.
Jane Hawk knew she had to help. She could see that the woman would be fine, but she also knew that the woman would want and need to do much of her own spiritual clearing in the future. Spiritual hygiene, all energy hygiene, is an essential part of getting and remaining spiritually clear.
