Laura Aurora is a teenage veterinarian-in training juggling her home with an assortment of pets while also dealing with animal emergencies at the veterinary clinic where she works. It's chaos from early morning until late in the evening. This is all in a day's work for vet trainee Laura Aurora. Whether it's gerbils bouncing off walls or her dog Cherie sliding across a slippery kitchen floor, Laura cares for anything that crawls, flies, jumps, swims, runs or breathes.
Surrounded by goldfish with thousands of children, gerbils with a lust for speed, a goofy dog with four left paws, a mobile marmot, and an elderly cat with attitude that just ignores the chaos around her, Laura somehow manages to control the zoo that she calls home.
