The clock is ticking as FBI Agent Marsha O''Shea tries to thwart a mass murderer before he kills again. On 9/11 every year, he makes grisly deaths appear accidental or suicidal. His target: Muslim women. The largest concentration of Arab Americans make their homes in the motor city and since that fateful day, many have incurred the wrathful eye of three-letter agencies charge with protecting all citizens from domestic terror.
