Published anonymously in Paris in 1848, this collection of 48 Latin documents, from the sixth to the ninth centuries, records grants of land, revenues or rights, mainly to religious foundations near Paris connected to the Merovingian and Carolingian dynasties. The charters are valuable sources for early medieval French history.
