An autobiographical comic book about identifying and processing the abuse the author dealt with both as a child and in her present-day life. With the help of therapists and psychiatrists, using both EMDR and DBT techniques, Tatiana takes a 3-year journey from denial to acceptance, from passivity to anger, and from self-abandonment to self-love.
