In the first case, being a participant in the solutions to solve economic, social, and cultural problems by transforming academic practices and their professional training processes; In the second case, the permanent and accelerated change in scientific innovation requires it to incorporate hard and soft technologies into its teaching-learning practices, and, at the same time, generate new technologies in the different fields of knowledge it cultivates.
