DR-145 is an inspiring account of Tyler Simmet's life-changing experience as an American Red Cross volunteer in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. Tyler, who was struggling to find peace, joy, and fulfillment, went with his friend and fraternity brother Garrett Bogar to New York City to assist in disaster relief efforts. Tyler Simmet is a physical therapist, a captain in the United States Army, and a devout Christian that is dedicated to serving others. He first became an author when his research manuscript was published in the peer reviewed journal "Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation". Tyler has received numerous awards for his outstanding leadership and selfless service both among the troops and throughout his community.
