Within days of the attacks on 9-11, Rick Bekenbaum and Commando One are operating deep behind enemy lines in Afghanistan. Facing a determined foe, alongside Afghan tribesmen of unknown reliability and ever present threats of Pentagon interference, Commando One must walk a fine line to accomplish their mission. Back at home, Paul and Elizabeth face a new challenge. Helping two impoverished First Nations Peoples, attempting to keep both the First Nations People and the Federal Government happy. A task almost as dangerous as the task in Afghanistan.
