ELECTROTECHNICAL MATERIALS

Issues of the structure and properties of materials used in electrical and electronic equipment are outlined. Electrophysical effects and phenomena in conductors, dielectrics, semiconductors, and magnetic materials are considered. Considerable attention is paid to kinetic effects in semiconductors, properties of basic semiconductor materials, metals, and nanomaterials.
