Energy, Environment and Economic Transformation in China

This book discusses China's economic transformation by not only looking at its labour and capital but also at China's energy and environment which have been important elements of sustainable development since the beginning of 1990s. The book proposes a basic analytical framework to study China's economic transformation in which the Total Factor Productivity (TFP) is the key index.
