Escape to Austin

In this volume of the Cooper's Adventures series, a young boy cat named Cooper escapes from a less-than-entertaining classroom and makes friends with Dillo the Armadillo and Patty the Cow. Together, the three of them explore Austin and have some exciting adventures as well as a few bumps and bruises. They end the day with some nice handmade ice cream and a home-cooked meal. The story and the illustrations are by Tomoko Hetherington.
