Evangeline

Angie Harriott, an upcoming country music artist/songwriter, grew up in the small town called Ripley, Maryland. She spent her summers vacationing on Ocracoke Island listening to tales about Lost Loves and Blackbeard's treasure. After a difficult breakup with her boyfriend Larry, and the sudden death of her father, she follows her dream and moves to Ocracoke Island. She has always called the island the Shores of Forever, because of its rich and mystical history. She becomes entwined in mystery and romance as she begins her new life. Evangeline, her long-ago ancestor's spirit, roams the island looking for her lost love, leaves Angie and her friends clues to the whereabouts of Blackbeard's treasure map, and guides her to her true love. Angie wonders if there is such a thing as soulmates that can pass from one life to another.
