Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain: Voir Venir, Venir Voir

In 1984, acting on a suggestion by the artist César, Alain Dominique Perrin, who was then President of Cartier International, decided to create the Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain, the first corporate foundation dedicated to contemporary art in France. In October 2024, it will celebrate its 40th anniversary.On this occasion, the Fondation Cartier will publish a book retracing the history of its creation and artistic program since 1984.
