God has given Evans the charge to equip and edify the saints for effective ministry. The Church has received gifts to fulfill the Christ commanded mission of global evangelism. One of the powerful means of accomplishing this is by operating in the gifts of the Spirit. Therefore, this book is geared toward fulfilling that purpose in the life of the reader.
