About Go Ask Alice
Alice had recently turned 15, she lived with her grandfather who tried his best to provide her with a normal life. It was hard for Alice not having the guidance of a mother and father in her life. She was rebelling and seeking the acceptance of new friends. Against her grandfather's advice, Alice had slipped away and went to a party under Arbeka bridge near Henryetta, Oklahoma. It was a beautiful night, the stars were bright and the bonfire was blazing. Alice was drinking beer, she was afraid of drugs. The music was blaring and Alice and her friends were having a great time. Lurking in the shadows was a local drug dealer who had his eyes on Alice. When he thought the time was right he handed her a beer in passing that was lacked with Rohypnol. When the crazed drug dealer saw the drug taking affect he took Alice by the hand and led her to his truck. Alice was raped and tortured for a week before being dumped like garbage at the end of her grandfather's drive way in the middle of the night. When the facts of this horrific travesty hit the news the entire community was outraged. Alice was traumatized, in shock and could not speak. Her grandfather figured out who the responsible people were and enlisted the help of a local young man to get revenge against the men who harmed Alice.
