Matthew Raines headed west after the War Between the States, planning to find a ranch for him and his brother Tim. He buys a ranch, but his brother never arrives. Instead, Matthew comes face to face with a young woman who robs his friends, steals his horse, and is finally caught stealing the knife his father made for him. What is her connection to his dead brother and how did she get his knife?
