Cairo's birthmark has always looked like the number three. One night, he gets hit-and-run by a car. Miraculously, he survives and wakes up as he receives a phone call from his best friend Lyra. He then notices something strange - his birthmark changed shape! Into the number two! The Covid-19 pandemic soon breaks out in Metro Manila. During this time, Cairo develops feelings for Lyra. Yet, it confused him whether he should act on it because they have been best friends for the longest time. Will it take his birthmark another change before Cairo confesses to Lyra how he truly feels?
