How to be a Successful Entrepreneur and Lead Your Own Business

This book is a kind of "knowledge dump", its intention is to provide you with information you need to grow your business successfully and profitably. In it I talk about some of the things I believe are crucial in a modern business: business culture, business strategy, leadership, and getting the whole business to work together to achieve common objectives.

So what qualifies me to write this book and why might you read it?

My wife and I started a business in 1996 Direct Visual Ltd (DV). Back then we owed money to everyone. About all we had was ambition and the knowledge we had accumulated over the years. By 2011 the business that started in our garage achieved a turnover of around ten million pounds and was sold at a premium.
