How Zoe Zebra lost her stripes

Zoe was a zebra who lived in Africa. Her best friends were Harry the hippopotamus and Jeanie the giraffe. She loved being with her friends - splashing about in the river and playing hide and seek in the long grass.
One morning Zoe woke up and knew something was wrong - she looked all around her - everything seemed normal. Then she looked at her reflection in the river.
