i almost let go

This book is a memoir as much as it is a collection of poems. For six years, grief depression and anxiety nearly consumed me, and these poems are a testament to the work that l've done, and still am doing, to get where I am today. To whoever reads this: I hope you find comfort in these poems, I hope you realize you are not alone, and I pray you reconsider when all you want to do is let go.
