If I could ask Jesus some questions out loud,
I'd ask what it's like to live high in a cloud.
I'd ask if His heavenly house is like mine,
or if it's surrounded by angels divine.
Written in rhythmic rhyme, If I Could Ask Jesus invites children to imagine
the lives of angels in heaven. How do they grow wings on their backs? Do they
have scooters and skateboards and snacks?
Children will love the childlike illustrations of angels throughout the story
but, at the end, will be delighted to discover that God's angels are really mighty
warriors who watch over them and protect them each day.
