Indian Problems for English Consideration, a Letter

Written by the English journalist and social reformer William Digby in 1881, this book argues for greater attention to be paid to the suffering of the people of India under British colonial rule. Drawing on his own experiences living in India, Digby documents the effects of British policies such as the land tax and the opium trade on Indian communities.
