    This is a well written and very comprehensive guide to fasting, especially for woman over 50. The author starts with the research and proven science on benefits of fasting and how it effects older women. Then age talks about finding the right method for you. I like that she doesn't push heavy duty fasting and makes it doable for everyone. She then talks about eating healthy and exercise. Great guide for anyone looking to get started on fasting and being healthier.
