PUSH! KEEP BREATHING! YOU ARE DOING GREAT! Do these phrases sound familiar? Of course, they do! They are just a few expressions that you should expect to hear in a labor or delivery room. As you know, nine months or 39 weeks is the timeframe allocated for a baby to become fully developed in a mother's womb. It is a process. However, did you know you are in the midst of your very own process?
