Just Breathe

"Just Breathe" was written to help bring mindfulness into your child's day. As a child, they go through trials and tribulations in their lives and do not know how to handle them. "Just Breathe" shares some trials and tribulations children may experience and offers some techniques to enable them to make it through the unwanted emotions they may experience.
