Keep Rent in the Family

How can our kids build an empire in 60 to 70 years? Knowing what we know now, how can we assist them in building wealth and maintaining a solid family structure?
The most important thing we can do is ensure they don't pay rent to anyone outside our household.
When our kids go to college and start renting apartments, they are helping fund someone else's lifestyle.
The best thing we can do is keep them in our homes until they can purchase a home themselves. Homeownership is the first key to building generational wealth.
