Bala and Bora help their friend Osgood learn to make good decisions and how to "keep his head out of the sand."This is an interactive book which allows a child to be part of the story by becoming the book's illustrator. A child can help "make" the book by drawing the illustrations, using pencil, crayons, large marking pens, watercolors, or any other medium of the child's choosing---being creative and having fun!As children "read" and illustrate the book, they are asked what they can learn from the birds' discussions.
