Kill Karma

An aspiring music label manager, a PhD student, and a girl with a questionable Etsy business. What do they all have in common? They share their apartment with a ghost.
Karma Reed was murdered in her West LA apartment in 1972. 50 years later, the apartment's current tenants learn that they've been living with the ghost of a starving musician. The catch - the ghost only appears when you play the song she was murdered to. The three roommates who were virtually strangers when they moved in with each other unite to investigate what happened to Karma. However, they soon realize that what they thought was just a ghost story is still very alive. Somebody wants them to stop investigating Karma's murder. But why?
