Knowledge-Based Intelligent Techniques in Character Recognition

Presents research results on intelligent character recognition techniques. This work integrates several artificial intelligence techniques, such as expert systems, neural networks, fuzzy systems, and evolutionary computing and demonstrates how these techniques apply to character recognition systems.
