This is a call from God for his people to get our priorities properly in line with him. We learn in this book that this is an Individual call for a group purpose. When God says, "If my people who are called by my name," the group cannot answer. It is an individual answer that is up to you and me to follow. The group cannot follow each level. Only an individual can follow each level, but when each person follows the level successfully, it then positively affects the group (The Church).
