Little Dog, Big Dog is a book about the cycle of life for young children. Sally has two dogs. Big Dog could always run faster and do things that little Little Dog could not. One day Big Dog went to the vet but did not return. Sally then discovered that Little Dog had been watching and learning from Big Dog all along.
