Based in Darwin, a Detective Commander who is trying to raise four teenage boys on his own after his wife was killed by a drug dealer. He does now believe that all criminals in his eyes shall pay the price for their crimes. In his mind he is fixing the mole in modern society.
So, he does belong finally to the judge and the jury and the executioner, while he is "Living on a Razor's Edge ."
