Manhattan Jack

The Interceptors are called in to hunt down a serial killer known as Manhattan Jack. His killing spree started in 1995, but now he's returned twenty years later and his blade hasn't missed a stroke. His murder spaned from Manhattan to London. Is it a copycat killer? The more they investigates the more they discover he's being assisted by a powerful organization. They must stop Jack before the streets run red with his victim's blood.
